Speech Therapy
Our Centre offers speech & language therapy to 0-18 years olds. Each client will receive individualized, client-centred treatment using evidence-based practice. Our speech therapists have a wide variety of experiences with a range of clients including language delay in very young children, specific language impairment, Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual disability.
We see children and teenagers with a variety of speech & language issues such as:
Articulation/Phonological disorders
Difficulties with concentration and attention
Difficulties in following direction at home or in school
Difficulties with receptive or expressive language
Stuttering-social communication problems
An assessment involves a comprehensive evaluation of the child’s speech, language, play and social language skills.
