Behavioural (ABA) Therapy

Positive behavior is the foundation for lifelong learning

Behavioural (ABA) Therapy is an evidence-based intervention designed to support children and adolescents (0–18 years of age) with behavioural, social, and developmental challenges. This therapy focuses on understanding how behaviour is influenced by the environment and uses structured, individualized strategies to promote positive behaviours and reduce behaviours that may interfere with learning and daily functioning. The programme includes a comprehensive assessment, individualized goal setting, and ongoing data-driven intervention. Behavioural (ABA) Therapy is commonly recommended for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, developmental delays, and difficulties with emotional regulation, social interaction, and adaptive skills.

We see children and teenagers with a variety of behavioural and developmental needs such as:

Challenging behaviours (tantrums, aggression, non-compliance)

Difficulties with attention and impulse control

Social skills deficits and peer interaction challenges

Emotional regulation difficulties

Delays in adaptive skills (self-care, daily living skills)
